Exhibit A County-owned property Exhibit B School District swap property considered in 2004 Considerations, cont. The remaining acres were intended to be utilized byRoad&Bridge and Fleet Management to construct andoperateamaintenanceandrepairfacility. March 2006 a site development plan was created for theSchoolDistrictandCountyTransportationasshownonfollowingslide,Exhibit C. At that time,one of the challenges was access ontoImmokaleeRoadattheexistingtrafficsignal. Exhibit C 2006 Site Plan Considerations, cont. May 2007,the land swap became inactive due to therecession,Parks &Recreation’s inability to obtain suitableaccessfromOilWellRoad,and water and sewer servicesnotbeingimmediatelyavailableattheCountyparcel. The County and the School District are interested inrevitalizingthelandswapthatwouldprovidetheDistrictwithacreageforaSchoolBusGarageandrelatedfacilities(Exhibit A shown above).In exchange,the District wouldprovidetheCountywithacreagetoincreasepickleballparkingattheEastNaplesCommunityPark(Exhibit D)aswellasacreageatPalmettoRidgeHighSchool(Exhibit E).
