WHEREAS, twenty -five years ago today, The Ritz - Carlton, Naples proudly
opened its doors to the community and sophisticated travelers,
with a mission to provide the finest personal service and
facilities; and,
WHEREAS, the legendary resort has been a great catalyst in establishing
Collier County as a premier global destination for business and
leisure travel, alike; and,
WHEREAS, The Ritz - Carlton Resorts of Naples have been powerful drivers
propelling Collier County's economy for the past 25 years, as one
of the county's top employers and most respected businesses;
and,
WHEREAS, the resort has been an exceptional corporate citizen through its
support of many worthy philanthropic organizations in our
communityâ–º and around the world.
NOW THEREFORE, be it proclaimed by the Board of County Commissioners of
Collier County, Florida, that December 14, 2010 be designated
as

recognizing the multi - faceted staff for their extraordinary 25-
year ray of excellence.
