Fiscal impact is $20.00 to record the Satisfaction of Lien. OBJECTIVE: Adopt a Resolution approving the Satisfaction of Lien for the residential account wherein the County has received payment in full for the 1996 Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services Special Assessment. CONSIDERATIONS: Resolution No. 2000 -237 adopted by the Board on August 1, 2000 provided for the recording of the list of 1996 delinquent solid waste collection and disposal services special assessment and a mailing of a written notice of the imposition of each residential unit lien. Resolution No. 2000 -237 was recorded on August 8, 2000 in Official Record Book 2708, Pages 0199 through 0309 of the Official Records of Collier County, Florida, placing a lien on certain residential properties for the 1996 Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services Special Assessment. Collier County Ordinance No. 90 -30, as amended, provides the Satisfaction of Lien shall be approved by Resolution. The attached Resolution lists the one account that has been paid in full for the 1996 Solid Waste Collection Services Special Assessment Lien. FISCAL IMPACT: The fiscal impact for recording the Satisfaction of Lien and the Resolution is $20.00, which is to be charged to County Water /Sewer Operating Fund (408). LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS: "This item has been reviewed and approved by the County Attorney's Office and is legally sufficient —JBW." GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: There is no Growth Management impact associated with this item. RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Satisfaction of Lien for the account listed in the Resolution and authorize the Chairman to sign the Satisfaction of Lien for the 1996 Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services Special Assessment Lien.
