EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Approve the Satisfaction for a certain Water and/or Sewer Impact Fee Payment
Agreement. Fiscal impact is $92.50 to record the Satisfactions of Lien.
OBJECTIVE: Acknowledge full payment, and execute Satisfactions for the Agreement To
Extend Installment Payment of Water and/or Sewer System Impact Fees.
CONSIDERATIONS: The Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida as
Ex-Officio the Governing Board of the Collier County Water Sewer District, is the owner and
holder of the Notice of Promise to Pay and Agreement to Extend Payment of Water and/or Sewer
System Impact Fees (Agreement):
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A"
Full payment and satisfactions of the Agreement have been made. The County Attorney's Office
has reviewed and approved the satisfactions.
FISCAL IMPACT: Satisfactions of this Agreement has increased the cash flow in the sewer
impact fee. (Fund 413) by $6,532.54. The fiscal impact for recording the Satisfactions of Lien is
approximately $92.50, which is to be charged to (Fund 408) the County Water/ Sewer Operating
Fund Utility Billing cost center. The $92.50 was paid by the owner with the installments as
required by Paragraph 20 of Agreement.
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS: This item is legally sufficient for Board action - RNZ
GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: There is no Growth Management impact associated
with this item.
RECOMMENDATION: Acknowledge full payment and the satisfactions of the Agreement
and to surrender the same as canceled. Authorize the Chairman to execute the Satisfactions of
Notice of Promise to Pay and Agreement.
