This Amendment, dated this"day of•Septerr ,er, 2018 to the referenced 2017 Tourism Agreement, shall
be by and between the parties to the original Agreement,Collier County,a political subdivision of the State
of Florida, ("County"), and the City of Naples.
Statement of Understanding
RE: 2017-18 Tourism Agreement Collier County and City of Naples
WHEREAS,the City of Naples has requested a one year extension of time to complete the 8th Ave.
South Beach Park Improvements,due to delays caused by Hurricane Irma in September 2017,and to avoid
extensive work taking place during season at the 8th Ave. South Naples Beach location; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has reviewed and approved this request for a
one year extension of time.
In order to continue the services provided for in the original Agreement referenced above, the Parties agree
to amend the Agreement as provided herein.
Note: Language deleted has been 5truc gh. New language has been underlined.

15. TERM: This Agreement shall become effective on October 1,2017 and shall remain effective until
September 30, 2019. sixty(60) days after completion of the Project described in Exhibit"A", but no later
than November 29,2018.

All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in force.
