Agenda 10/09/2018 Item #16C 210/09/2018 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Recommendation to correct a scrivener’s error in the Executive Summary for Bid Number 18-7314 “95th Avenue North Public Utilities Renewal,” Project Numbers 60139 and 70120, awarded to Douglas N. Higgins, Inc. on June 26, 2018 as Agenda Item 11G. OBJECTIVE: To correct a scrivener’s error in the funding source for the bid award. CONSIDERATIONS: On June 26, 2018 (Agenda Item 11G), the Board awarded ITB #18 -7314 “95th Avenue North Public Utilities Renewal” to Douglas N. Higgins, Inc. Af ter the award, staff discovered that due to a scrivener’s error under the Fiscal Impact funding source, the awarded amount of $5,443,920 did not include the grant funding information. FISCAL IMPACT: The sources of funding are the Stormwater Capital Fund (325), Stormwater Grant (711), Water Capital Fund (412), Water Grant (416), Wastewater Capital Fund (414), and Wastewater Grant (416) allocated as shown below. Funding under the Stormwater Grant (711), Water Grant (416) and Wastewater Grant (416) is anticipated to be reimbursed to the county as part of DEP Agreement No. LP11030, also as shown below.
