WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 2009-44 established the Radio Road, East of Santa Barbara Boulevard to the Intersection of Radio Road and Davis Boulevard, Municipal Service Taxing Unit Advisory Committee to advise the Board of County Commissioners (Board) on matters pertaining to this Municipal Service Taxing Unit(MSTU); and WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 2009-44, the Advisory Committee shall be composed of five members representing the area within the MSTU; and WHEREAS, there are currently two vacances on this Advisory Committee; and WHEREAS, the Board previously provided public notice soliciting applications from interested parties; and WHEREAS, the Advisory Committee has provided the Board with its recommendation for appointment.
