This Extension of Memorandum of Understanding (also referred to as the "Extension") is entered into between the Collier County Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as "COUNTY" and the Early Learning Coalition of Southwest Florida a Nonprofit Corporation registered under the laws of Florida Chapter 617, operating under the laws of the State of Florida and, hereinafter referred to as the "COALITION."
