RESOLUTION 12 -13075
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE COLLIER COUNTY AND CITY OF NAPLES STATE HOUSING
INITIATIVES PARTNERSHIP (SHIP) LOCAL HOUSING ASSISTANCE PLAN (LHAP),
SPECIFICALLY EXHIBIT "I^, THE COLLIER COUNTY SUBORDINATION POLICY, TO ENSURE
THAT THE POLICY IS ACCURATE, EFFECTIVE AND CONSISTENT WITH INDUSTRY
STANDARDS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, in accordance with the State Housing Initiative Partnership Program
Act, the City Council adopted Resolution 10 -12701 approving the
Collier County and City of Naples SHIP Local Housing Assistance
Plan (LHAP); and
WHEREAS, the Collier County Board of County Commissioners desires to amend
the Collier. C. ounty...Subordinat.ion...Pol.icy, which..is..Fxhib.it. "I to
the Local Housing Assistance Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City staff recommends that the proposed amendment to the
Collier County Subordination Policy in the LHAP be approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NAPLES, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the amendment to the Collier County and City of Naples State
Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Local Housing Assistance
Plan (LHAP), specifically Exhibit "I",' the Collier County
Subordination Policy, to ensure that the Policy is accurate,
effective and consistent with industry standards, is hereby
approved, a copy of which is on file in the City Clerk's office.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
PASSED IN OPEN AND REGULAR SESSION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NAPLES,
FLORIDA, THIS 21ST DAY OF MARCH, 2012.
