Please note there was a "scribner's error" or "type -o" on the work order - The contract expiration date was originally
typed incorrectly. It was March 10, 2012 and the corrected date is March 10, 2013.

This Work Order is for Underground Utility construction services for work known as:
Project Name: Irrigation Quality Water Sites -- Priority 2 Sites

The work is specified in the Proposal Page (Proposal) dated December 22, 2011 which is attached hereto and made a part of
this Work Order. In accordance with Terms and Conditions of the Agreement referenced above, Work Order 8 is
assigned to: Douglas N. Higgins, file.
Scone of Work: As detailed in the attached Proposal and the following:
• 'Task I - Perform all Contract Work described in the Contract Documents, i.e., RFP 08-5011, Agreement 08-5011,
RFQ 08- 5011 -58. The work comprises piping, electrical and instrumentation modifications to four separate IQ Water
sites at locations shown on the Contract Drawings.
• Task 11 - Allowance Fund for Owners Use as Directed
Schedule of Work; Substantial completion within 100 days and Final completion within 125 days front the date of the Notice
to Proceed which will follow this Work Order,
Compensation: In accordance with Article Four of the Agreement, the County will compensate the First in accordance with
