Attachment ilp RESOLUTION NO. 2012- 35 A RESOLUTION PURSUANT TO SECTION 129.03, FLORIDA STATUTES, REQUIRING THE FY 13 TENTATIVE BUDGETS OF THE SHERIFF, THE SUPERVISOR OF ELECTIONS AND THE CLERK TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS BY MAY 1, 2012. WHEREAS, Chapter 129, Florida Statutes, addressing the County annual budget, provides specifically in Section 129.03, Florida Statutes, that the Board of County Commissioners may, by resolution, require the tentative budgets of the Sheriff, the Supervisor of Elections and the Clerk to be submitted by May 1 of each year. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, pursuant to Section 129.03, Florida Statutes, that the Sheriff, the Supervisor of Elections and the Clerk of the County of Collier, Florida, are hereby required to submit their respective tentative budgets for the FY 13 fiscal year to the Board of County Commissioners by May 1, 2012. This Resolution shall be effective on its adoption. This Resolution adopted this 28th day of February, 2012, after motion, second and majority vote.
