The Board approved Item 16 -A -7 at its 10/22/13 regular which was titled:
"Recommendation to accept a Speed Limit Study Report and adopt a Resolution establishing a speed limit
of forty (40) mph for Rattlesnake Hammock Road (CR 864) from Collier Boulevard (CR 951) east to the
future Benfield Road."
This item included a Resolution to which you assigned the number 2013 -240. We discovered, however, during our
post- meeting document processing, that an incorrect Resolution was inadvertently included as backup for this
item. As such, staff has placed this item back on the 11/12/13 BCC agenda with the correct Resolution.

We will revise the Recap to address the resolution number and to void it. We will then place these emails into the
backup to show that a resolution was voided due to the wrong one being approved by the BCC as part of the agenda
backup for their meeting of October 22, 2013, Item #16A7.
