Attachment 16A 7 RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -1 67 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA TO DECLARE A PUBLIC HEARING TO DISCLAIM, RENOUNCE AND VACATE THE COUNTY AND PUBLIC INTEREST IN VACATING A PORTION OF MAMIE STREET AS SHOWN ON EXHIBIT A, BEING A PART OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 53 SOUTH, RANGE 29 EAST, CHOKOLOSKEE, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
