Attachment 10D polo RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -191 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING GARY MCNALLY TO THE COLLIER COUNTY CONSUMER ADVISORY BOARD. WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 2009-27 established the Collier County Consumer Advisory Board for the purpose of hearing public consumer issues and any appeals from adverse administrative decisions as it relates to a public vehicle license permit; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 2009-27, the Advisory Board shall consist of five members; and WHEREAS, there are currently vacant, unexpired terms on this Advisory Board; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting applications from interested parties.
