Absentia Agenda Index 08-14-2018 2018 Executive Summaries approved in Board's absence August 14, 2018 In Absentia Meeting Items to be presented at the September 11, 2018 BCC Meeting Item 16F1 Approval of the following documents by the County Manager is subject to formal ratification by the Board of County Commissioners. If the decision by the County Manager is not ratified by that Board, the document(s) shall be enforceable against Collier County only to the extent authorized by law in the absence of such ratification by that Board. A. Recommendation to award Invitation to Bid No. 18-7405 "Marco Island Museum Electric Generator Installation" to Compass Construction in the amount of $197,943 and authorize the Chairman to execute the contract. B. To record in the minutes of the Board of County Commissioners, the check number(or other payment method), amount, payee, and purpose for which the referenced disbursements were drawn for the periods between July 12 and August 1, 2018 pursuant to Florida Statute 136.06. C. Request that the Board approve and determine valid public purpose for invoices payable and purchasing card transactions as of August 8, 2018. D. Recommendation to approve the issuance of an extension letter extending the existing contract with Filter Pro USA, LLC, d/b/a Kleen Air Research under Bid # 14-6304, "Air Filtration Services" for a period of six months to allow staff to re-solicit these services. E. Recommendation to accept the report for the sale of items and disbursement of funds associated with the County surplus auction held on June 30, 2018. F. Recommendation to approve the administrative report prepared by the Procurement Services Division for disposal of property and notification of revenue disbursement. G. Recommendation to approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the First Amendment to the agreement with LeeCorp Homes, Inc., Prestige Home Centers, Inc., Habitat for Humanity of Collier County, Inc., and Rural Neighborhoods Incorporated for the administration of the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Demolition and/or Replacement of Manufactured Housing and Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation programs. H. Recommendation to authorize expenditures exceeding the $50,000 administrative approval threshold in accordance with the County's Procurement Ordinance No. 2017- 08 for Robert Half International, Inc., for temporary personnel services for the Procurement Services Division. I. Recommendation to approve the Administrative Reports prepared by the Procurement Services Division for change orders and other contractual modifications requiring Board approval.
