Attachment 10E RESOLUTION NO. 2013 - 14 7 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, REAPPOINTING JOHN J. AGNELLI TO THE COLLIER COUNTY INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY. WHEREAS, Collier County Resolution No. 79-34, declared a need for an industrial development authority and established the Collier County Industrial Development Authority to transact any and all business and to exercise the powers as set forth in Chapter 159, Part III, Florida Statutes; and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 79-34 provides that the Development Authority shall consist of five members; and WHEREAS, there are currently vacancies on the Development Authority; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting applications from interested parties; and WHEREAS, the Development Authority has provided the Board of County Commissioners with its recommendation for appointment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that JOHN J. AGNELLI is hereby reappointed to the Collier County Industrial Development Authority to serve a four-year term, said term to expire on June 12, 2017.
