In most cases (some contracts are an exception), the original document and this routing slip JAK should be provided to the County Attorney Office at the time the item is input into SIRE. Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a certain time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines! 8. Attachment RESOLUTION NO. 2013 - 113 Hwk A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING INITIAL MEMBERS TO THE AD HOC COLLIER COUNTY PUBLIC TRANSIT ADVISORY COMMITTEE. WHEREAS, on February 26, 2013, the Board of County Commissioner (Board) adopted Resolution No. 2013 -50 which created the ad hoc Collier County Transit Advisory Committee to make recommendations to the Board in matters related to transit policies, issues, programs, and plans to provide mass transit services in Collier County; and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2013 -50 provides that the Advisory Committee shall be composed of nine members to include one representative designated by the District School Board, at least two representatives who are passengers of the system, and when possible, representatives of other categories as set forth in the Resolution; and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2013 -50 further provides that the Advisory Committee shall sunset 12 months from the date of its first meeting; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting applications from interested parties. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that KIMBERLY S. BOWERS, a transit rider, JOHN DIMARCO, III, a transit rider, W. JAMES KLUG, III, a transit rider, NANCY LASCHEID, a social services representative, MORTON ROSENBERG, a transit rider, and DYLAN MICHAEL VOGEL, a transit rider, are hereby appointed to the ad hoc Collier County Transit Advisory Committee to terms that shall expire one year from the date of the Advisory Committee's first meeting.
