Thank you. 16A1 RESOLUTION NO. 13- 01 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA AUTHORIZING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN ROADWAY AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, EXCEPTING STREET LIGHTING IN A PORTION OF TRACT `P', ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF TUSCANY RESERVE RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 88 THROUGH 95, AND THAT RIGHT OF WAY AS CONVEYED AND RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2801, PAGES 3029 THROUGH 3032, AND O.R. BOOK 4829, PAGES 355 THROUGH 357, AND ALSO KNOWN AS VETERANS MEMORIAL BOULEVARD. THIS ACCEPTANCE IS FROM LIVINGSTON ROAD, EAST TO STRAND BOULEVARD, THE REMAINDER OF RIGHT OF WAY IS CURRENTLY NOT CONSTRUCTED; AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ROADWAY AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, EXCEPTING THE STREET LIGHTING WITHIN THE SUBJECT PORTIONS OF VETERANS MEMORIAL BOULEVARD. WHEREAS, on October 4, 2006, preliminary acceptance was granted for the paving and drainage improvements within the subject section of roadway; and WHEREAS, the Developer has constructed and maintained the roadway and drainage improvements in accordance with the approved plans and specifications as required by the Land Development Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 04 -41, as amended); and WHEREAS, the Developer is requesting final acceptance of the roadway and drainage improvements and release of his maintenance security; and WHEREAS, the Engineering Services Department, as well as the Transportation Services Department, has inspected the roadway and drainage improvements and are recommending acceptance of said facilities. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: final acceptance is hereby granted for those roadway and drainage improvements to Veterans Memorial Boulevard, pursuant to the Deeds recorded in O.R. Book 2801, Pages 3029 through 3032, and O.R. Book 4829, Pages 355 through 357, and the Clerk is hereby authorized to release any maintenance security associated with these improvements. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the roadway and drainage improvements, excepting street lighting within Veterans Memorial Boulevard from Livingston Road, eastward to Pelican Strand Boulevard and as illustrated on Attachment `A' will be maintained by Collier County.
