COMMISSION ER REQUEST FOR BOARD APPROV ALFOR PAYMENT TO
ATTEND FUNCTION SERVING A VALID PUBLIC PURPOSE
OBJECTIVE: For thc Board of County Commissioncrs to dcclarc a valid public
purpose for a Commissioner to attend function/cvcnt and approve payment by the Clerk.
CONSIDERATIONS: Pursuant to Rcsolution No. 99-410. the Board of County
Commissioners has determined that attendancc at the functions of fraternal, business,
environmental. educational, charitable, social, professional, trade, homcowners, cthnic,
and civic association/organizal ions scrvcs a valid public purpose. providcd that said
functions rcasonably rclatc to Collicr County matters,
