EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Recommendation to authorize a budget amendment to recognize carry forward for
projects within the Transportation SuppOI-ted Gas Tax Fund (313) in the amount of
$4,350.00.
OBJECTIVE: For the Board of County Commissioners to authorize a' budget amendment to
recognize carry forward filr Traffic Impact Study (TIS) Review, and Planned Unit Development
(PUD) Monitoring/Traffic Counts Payment-in-Lieu Projects within the Transportation Supported
Gas Tax Fund (313) in the amount of$4,350.00.
CONSIDERATIONS: Funds have been collected spccificaI!y as payment-in-]ieu, project
review fees, fair share paymcnts and from the application and monitoring process. These funds
are required to be trackcd and spent on projects j(lr which the developments were identified for
mitigation or on consultant contracts to perfonn the studies on the developments behalf under
required monitoring conditions.
Funds deposited into FY10 to be recognized as Carry Forward and re-appropriated into FY] I

FISCAL IMPACT: ]n fiscal year 2010, money was deposited into the Transportation
Supported Gas Tax Fund. A budget amendment is needed to recognize carry forward and
appropriate into the corrcct project in the amount of$4,350.00.
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS: This item is legally sufficient for Board action. -JAK
GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: There is no Growth Management Impact associated
with this Executive Summary.
RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of County Commissioners authorize the necessary
budget amendment.
