CONSIDERATIONS: The ccpe heard this petition on Septem~ 2~ 2010, and raised twenty-
three concerns that need to be addtessed by the petitioner prior to a formal rezoning harina by
the BeC. The CCPC asked the petitioner to continue before they took a vote. The petitioner
initially declined to continue the item, and then. agreed to continue theCCPC,hearing, but after
there was a pending motion for approval. The motion failed 2-6.

The ~ issues relate to concerns about details on the Master Plaa and the content of the
PUD CIocameDt. Anew CCPC hearing date ha$ not yet been established. The petitioner has
agreed to this process and is willing to pay any additional advertising costs. By remanding this
petition, the CCPC willbave the opportunity to resolve the outstanding concerns before they are
