EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Recommendation to recognize and appropriate special service revenues in the
amount of $34,733.79 and approve all necessary Fiscal Year 2010 budget
amendments.
OBJECTIVE: To recognize and appropriate special services revenue for the Maintenance
Budget in the amount of $34,733.79 for Fiscal Year 2010.
CONSIDERATION: The Department of Facilities Management is called upon to provide special
services for building maintenance. Facilities Management charges all departments for these
services.
FICAL IMPACT: Budget amendments are necessary to recognize revenue and place the
revenue in the proper expense appropriation within Fund 001 Facilities cost centers.
GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: ~here is no growth management impact associated with
this Executive Summary.
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS: This item raises no legal issues. -JAK
RECOMMENDATION: That the Board authorizes the necessary Budget Amendment to
recognize and appropriate revenues from special service revenues in the amount of $34,733.79.
