_v EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Recommendation to recognize and appropriate fingerprinting and FDLE
background check revenues in the amount of $12,883.74 and special service
revenues in the amount of $101,633.11 and approve all necessary fiscal year 2010
budget amendments.
OBJECTIVE: Recognize and appropriate security service revenues totaling $12,883.74 and
special service for the Maintenance Budget in the amount of $101,633.11 for Fiscal Year 2010.
CONSIDERATION: The Department of Facilities Management is called upon to provide
security services, employee new hire background checks, and special service for building
maintenance. Facilities Management charges all departments for these services.
FICAL IMPACT: Budget amendments are necessary to recognize these revenues and place
these revenues in the proper expense appropriation within Fund 001 Facilities cost centers.
GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: There is no growth management impact associated with
this Executive Summary.
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS: This item is legally sufficient for Board action. -JAK
RECOMMENDATION: That the Board approves the Budget Amendments to recognize and
appropriate fingerprinting and FDLE background check revenues in the amount of $12,883.74
and special service revenues in the amount of $101,633.11.
