EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Recommendation to recognize and appropriate fingerprinting and FDLE
background check revenues in the amount of $36,922.27 and approve all
necessary fiscal year 2010 budget amendments.
OBJECTIVE: To recognize and appropriate reimbursements from user departments for FBI /
FDLE background checks conducted by the Facilities Management Department.
CONSIDERATION: The Department of Facilities Management is called upon to provide
Security Services and employee new hire background checks. Facilities Management charges
all departments for these services.
FICAL IMPACT: A Budget amendment is necessary to recognize the revenue and place these
revenues in the proper expense appropriation within the Facilities cost center (122255) in the
General Fund (001),
GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: There is no growth management impact associated with
this Executive Summary.
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS: This item raises no legal issues.-JBW.
