Fiscal impact $29,864.20. OBJECTIVE: Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign two (2) Releases of Lien and two (2) Satisfactions of Mortgage for owner occupied affordable housing dwelling units that have satisfied the terms of assistance provided, CONSIDERATIONS: Recipients of affordable housing assistance are required to repay the County upon sale, refinance or loss of homestead exemption, Furthermore, recipients purchasing units that have received an affordable housing density bonus incentive are rcquired to return to the County all sale proceeds in excess of five percent (5%) appreciation per annum.
