The project consists of removing cattails, which have been almost entirely treated and kllled-off by the association's lake maintenance company (Aquatic Systems), and muck removal from an existing marsh area approximately 2 acres In size. Other plant species are present, but they exlat In limited numbe.... The ma...h area Is rectangular in shape (aerial photo attached). The outer limits of the work are defined by the top of the bank on all four sides of the marsh. Access to the site is from the HawaII Blvd. right of way. The area available for staging will be limited to the parcel boundary.
