CONSIDERATIONS: Pursuant ro resolution No. 99410, the Board of County
Commissioners has determined Mat atlencenee at the functions of fraternal, business,
environmental, educational, charitable, social, professional, made, homeowners, ethnic,
and civic assoclalonslorganirations serves a valid public purpose, provided Met said
functions reasonably relate M Collier County matters.

PUBLIC PURPOSE: Meet and interact who local business, nonymfd anti government
leaders.

FISCAL IMPACT: $16.00 Funds to be paid from Commissioner's travel budget.
RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of County Commissioners, In accordance with
resolution No. 99410, approve payment by the Clerk for Commissioner Henning to
attend function serving a valid public purpose.
