This indemnification obligation shall not be construed m negate, abridge or reduce any other rights or remedies which otherwise may be available to an indemnified parry or person described in this paragraph. This section does not pertain to any incident arising from the sole negligence of Collier County. The SUBRECIPIENT shall maintain all records required by ARRA and HPRP. To maximbe the transparency and accountability of the American Recovery and Relnvesenent Act spending required by Congress and in accordance with 2 CPR 215.21 "Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Agreements" and the A -102 Common Rule provisions, recipients agree to maintain records that identify adequately the source and application of AREA fords. 2. The SUBRECIPIENT shall submit detailed monthly progress reports to HHVS outlining the status ofspecific activities underthe project. Each report must account for the mist activity for which the SUBRECIPIENT is paid with HPRP funds, in pad or in whale, and which is required in fulfillment of their obligations regarding the Project.
