NOTICE OF THE
ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING
OF THE VALUE ADJUSTMENT BOARD
Notice is hereby given that the VALUE ADJUSTMENT BOARD (VAS)
will hold an Organizational Meeting in accordance with Chapter
286. 011, Florida Statutes, at 9:00 a.m. , Monday, August 6, 2018,
in the Board of County Commissioners ' Meeting Room, 3rd Floor,
Harmon Turner Building (Building "F") , Collier County Government
Center, 3299 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, for the
following purposes: General Business Discussion, Legislative
updates, and matters pursuant to the requirements of Florida
Statutes, Chapter 194; Tentative Hearing Dates, Dates of
Importance, Meeting Dates, Expenditures, Public Comment and to
discuss other related issues at the suggestion or request of the
Chair, staff or Board members prior to or during the Meeting.
This meeting is open to the public. Any person wishing to speak
on any agenda item must register prior to presentation of the
item to be addressed. All registered speakers will be limited
to three (3) minutes.
Any person who decides to appeal a decision of the Board will
need a record of the proceedings pertaining thereto and therefore,
may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is
made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which
the appeal is based.
If you are a person with a disability who needs an accommodation in
order to participate in this proceeding, you are entitled, at no cost
to you, the provision of certain assistance. Please contact the Collier
