Agenda 07/10/2018 Item #16E 207/10/2018 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Recommendation to approve the addition of one (1) classification to the 2018 Fiscal Year Pay & Classification Plan made from April 1, 2018 to June 30, 2018. OBJECTIVE: To ratify the addition of one (1) new classification to the 2018 Fi scal Year Pay & Classification Plan. CONSIDERATIONS: Pursuant to Ordinance No. 13-40, the Board of County Commissioners has authorized the County Manager to make additions, modifications and deletions to the annual Fiscal Year Pay and Classification Plan, subject to retroactive ratification by the Board. This occurs three times during the fiscal year - in January, in April and in July. The modification to the County’s 2018 Fiscal Year Pay & Classification Plan consists of the addition of one (1) new classification titled Radio System Analyst, Pay Grade BCC115, salary range of $39,883 minimum -- $65,007 maximum. FISCAL IMPACT: This action will have no fiscal impact to the County. GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: There is no growth management impact associated with this Executive Summary.
