Item Summary: 12:00 P,M, Time Certain Notice of Closed Session, Notice is hereby given
that pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Fla. Stat., the County Attorney desires advice from the
Board of County Commissioners in closed attorney-client session on TUESDAY, JUNE 14,2011.
The session will be held for a time certain of 12:00 noon, in the Commission Conference Room,
3rd Floor, W. Harmon Turner Building, Collier County Government Center, 3299 East Tamiami
Trail, Naples, Florida, In addition to Board members, County Manager Leo Oehs, County
Attorney Jeffrey A, Klatzkow, and Litigation Section Chief Jacqueline W, Hubbard will be in
attendance. The Board in executive session will discuss: Strategy session related to settlement
negotiations in the pending case of KER Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Armadillo Underground v.
APAC-Southeast, Inc., et al v, Collier County, Case No. 08-3496-CA, now pending in the Circuit
Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida.
