EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Recommendation to recognize and appropriate the revenues for specialty facility
maintenance services in the amount of $106,594.03 to the Facilities Management
Department cost center and approve all necessary Fiscal Year 2011 budget
amendments.
OBJECTIVE: To recognize and appropriate special services for the Maintenance Budget in the
amount of $106,594.03 for Fiscal Year 2011.
CONSIDERATION: The Department of Facilities Management is called upon to provide special
services for building maintenance. Facilities Management is reimbursed by departments for
special services per the budget instructions.
FICAL IMPACT: Budget amendments are necessary to recognize revenue and place the
revenue in the proper expense appropriation within Fund 001 Facilities cost centers.
GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: There is no growth management impact associated with
this Executive Summary.
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS:

RECOMMENDATION: That the Board authorizes the necessary Budget Amendment to
recognize and appropriate revenues from special service revenues in the amount of
$106,594.03.
