CONSIDERATIONS: On Friday, January 21, 2011, Marcy Krumbine, Director, Collier County
Housing, Hurnan and Veteran Services attended the National Community Development_
Association's recognition luncheon and was honored to receive~ for the. second year in a row, an
award for an. excellent community development proj~t.. The proj~ utilizing Community
Development Block Grant funds, as distributed by.the US Department of Housing and Urban
Development, assisted Fun Time Early Childhood Academy with ~ for the building
of their new facility. . .
