EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Appointment ofmember(s) to Forest Lakes Roadway & Drainage Advisory Committee
OBJECTIVE: To appoint 2 members to the Forest Lakes Roadway & Drainage Advisory
Committee for a term of 4 years to expire on April 21, 2015.
CONSIDERATIONS: The Forest Lakes Roadway and Drainage Advisory Committee has 2
vacancies. This 5 member committee was creatcd on March 10, 1992 by Ord. 92-16 to aid and
assist the Board of County Commissioners in carrying out the purposes of providing and
maintaining improved roadway related drainage and roadway restoration within the area ofthe
Unit as set forth in Ord. 91-107. They also prepare and recommend an itemized budget, work
programs and priorities. Members must reside within the Forest Lakes Roadway and Drainage
MSTU. A list of the current membership is included in the backup.
Harold Bergdoll and William 1. Seabury have terms expiring on 4/21/2011. A press release was
issued and resumes were received from the following two interested citizens:
