EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Discussion to update the Board of County Commissioners on the status of the complaint
filed by Collier County Governmeut against the Paramedic Training School with a motion
to close the County's investigation ofthis matter.
OBJECTIVE: To discuss the findings of the State investigation into the Collier Government
complaint against the Paramedic Training School and introduee a motion to close any further
action by the Collier County Govemment in this matter.
CONSIDERATIONS: The State has informed all parties of the resuIt from the investigation in
the complaint filed by Collier County Government against the Medical Career Institute.
Florida Department of Health letter dated March 1,2011 to Chief Jeff Paige.
FISCAL IMPACT: NONE
GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: There is no Growth Management Impact associated
with this Executive Summary.
RECOMMENDATION: To pass a motion elosing the Collier County's investigation into this
matter.
