THIS CAUSE, having come before the Court upon joint motion of the parties, Petitioner,
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, by and through the undersigned counsel, and Respondents,

PETER ZIVICH and JOYCE M. ZIVICH, by and through their undersigned counsel, for entry of
an Agreed Order Awarding Expert Fees and Costs, and the Court, being fully advised in the
premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Respondents, PETER ZIVICH and JOYCE M.
ZIVICH, receive from Petitioner, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, the total sum of Thirteen
Thousand One Hundred Sixty Eight and Noll 00 Dollars ($13,168) which includes ($4,758) for
appraisal services and ($3,360) for engineering fees and ($5,000) for planning fees and ($50) for
title work with respect to Parcels 168FEE and 168TCE, which total swn includes all expert fees
and defense costs recoverable by Respondents in this cause; and it is further
