Airport.
OBJECTIVE: To obtain ~pproval of three 0) Advertisement License Agreements to authorize
MIA Publicity Corporation to advertise at the Marco Island Executive Airport.
CONSIDERATIONS: The Collier County Airport Authority leases. advertising space at the
Marco Island Executive Airport. The Airport Authority currently charges $90 annually, plus
applicable sales tax, for one (1) slot in the brochure rack and one (l)businesscard holder.
MIA Publicity Corporate desires to enter into advertising license.. agreements with the Collier
County Airport Authority for three (3) spaces in the brochure rack atthe Marco Island Executive
Airport, one for each of the following entities:
. Miromar Design Center
· Miromar Lakes Beach and Golf Club
. Miromar Outlets

ADVISORY BOARJ)RECOMMENDATION: At the February 14, 2011 meeting. the Airport
Advisory .Board voted unanimously to recommend that the BCe approve and authorize its Cbairmanto
execute three Advertisement License Agreements with MJA Publicity Corporation for advertising at the
Marco Island Executive Airport.
FISCAL IMPACT: The fiscal impact of approving these agreements will be an increase of $270
in MarcoIsland Airport Cost Center revenue in Fund 495.
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS: TJ:Ps item has been reviewed by the County Attorney and is ready
for Board action. This item requires a majority vote. - JAK
GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: There is .no Growth Management ln1pact associated with
the Execqtive Summary.

THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT is between Advertiser and the Collier County Airport Authority.
1. Advertiser is hereby granted a license to advertise in the County's brochure rack in the lObby of the Marco Island
Executive Airport, 2005 Mainsail Drive, Suite 1, Naples, Florida 34114.
2. The Advertiser may display the brochures for a one-year period from the date that Advertiser's brochures are first
displayed. The Advertiser may occupy one (11 slot(s) in the brochure display and one (11 business card holder(s).
3. The advertiser may display its ads/brochures in the brochure rack beginning on March 15. 2011 and until at least 10
days' advance written notice to terminate is given by one party to the other. Written notice from the County can be
mailed to Advertiser's "correct mailing address."
4. Advertiser agrees to pay (each 12 months in advance) the Collier County Airport Authority $90.00
applicable sales tax for this license.

5. Advertiser will be responsible for the maintenance and change outs to its advertisements in the brochure rack.

6. The Authority shall have the sole and exclusive right to reject, for any valid reason, any advertisement submitted to be
displayed in the brochure rack. In that event the Advertiser will be given an equitable pro-rata refund of license fees
then tendered to the Authority.
7. This agreement shall be the entire, full and complete agreement between the Advertiser and the Authority, and shall
supersede all prior written or verbal agreements, There are no valid or binding representations or promises between
the parties not embodied in this license agreement. No amendment, change or variance from this license agreement
shall be binding on either party unless executed in writing and signed by both parties.
8. Collier County Airport Authority is not responsible for damage to or condition of any of Advertiser's advertisements.
All advertisements are to be displayed at Advertiser's risks.
9. Collier County Airport Authority reserves the right to revoke this License at any time in its sole discretion by written
notice. Should the Authority exercise this right, Licensee will immediately remove its advertising from the premises,
and the Authority will issue a pro-rata refund to Licensee of its payment. Licensee agrees that the issuance of a pro-
rata refund is Licensee's sole remedy for such termination,
