SECURITY, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED UNTIL COMPLETION OF THE FINAL LIFT OF ASPHALT; THE ROADWAY AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS WILL BE MAINTAINED BY THE CORDOBA AT LEL Y RESORT HOMEOWNERS' .
