EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Advising the Board of the withdrawal of Ave Maria petitions, DOA-PL2010-1751 (January 11,2011
Board item 7A), SRAA-PL2010-1988 (January 11, 2011 Board item 7B), and the final plat of
Eastern Collier Research Park - Unit 18, approval of the standard form Construction and
Maintenance Agreement and approval of the amount of the performance security (January 11,
2011 Board item lOB)
OBJECTIVE: To advise the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) of the applicant's
withdrawal of the petitions noted above.
CONSIDERATIONS: The Clerk of Courts, Minutes and Records Department has asked for a
document on the record to close out the petitions noted above. All three petitions were originally
scheduled to be heard by the BCC on December 14, 20] 0 which was continued to the January 1 ], 20] 1
meeting at staffs request, and continued again to February 22, 20] 1 at the petitioner's request (see
attached continuance form).
Prior to advertising for the February 22, 20] 1 BCC hearings, the petitioner submitted official notification
to the county that the petitions were being withdrawn (see attached withdrawal form).
FISCAL IMP ACT: None.
GROWTH MANAGEMENT PLAN IMPACT: None.
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS: This item raises no legal issues. -JAK
RECOMMENDATION: None.
