WH51EAS, Pastor Don Treg/own grew up in Farmington Hills, Michigan in tire Detroit
area. graduated a pre-law and German language major from Albion
College in 1!183 where he was awarded tire Willie May Cheek medal
award for DUtsttJllding religious studies student; and,
WHEREAS, Pastor Treg/own studied further at Concordia Theolagical Seminary in
Fort Wayne, Indiana where he receiYlld his MastBrs of Divinity degree
in 1987: and,
WH51EAS, Pastor Treglown was then called as on e""ngalical missionary to the
Philippines where he uf'vtld wltlr tire TagalaJJlo-Kalakan tribe on tire
island of Mindanao: and,
WH51EAS, in 2001 after 14 years of service overseas, Pastor Treglown atxepted
tire call as Senior Pastor of Faitlr Lutlref'an Church in Naples where he
will be celebrating his tentlr anniversary on February 19, 2011: and.
WHEREAS, Pastor Treglown and members of his flock work witlr Mr. Homer Helter
at Helters Military Store in Naples, Florida, to support aJJr frDDps in
the Middle East. Sinee 2003 this has resulted in 23 tons of !lifts being
unt to Iraq and Afghanistan, including 50,000 Beanie Babies to be
