PROCLAMA TION
WHEREAS, the Community Foundation of Collier County has been recognized
as a leader in providing strategic philanthropy for the Community
for 25 years: and,
WHEREAS, the programs of the Community Foundation of Collier County have
strengthened the nonprofits in our County and fostered better
business practices: and,
WHEREAS, the Community Foundation of Collier County has fostered
partnerships and collaborations between nonprofits: and,
WHEREAS, the Community Foundation of Collier County, through its
programs, has provided grants to enhance the lives of the
citizens of Collier County: and,
WHEREAS, the Community Foundation of Collier County provides programs
and opportunities to benefit individuals and community
organizations.
NOW THEREFORE, be it proclaimed by the Board of County Commissioners of
Collier County, Florida, that we recognize the Community
Foundation or Collier County on the occasion of it's
2!1h ANNIVERSARY CELEBRA TION
as a leader in the nonprofit business world and encourage our
citizens to learn more about the work of this exemplary
organization.
