EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Recommendation to approve for recording the final plat of Reflection Lakes at Naples, 217 - 219
(PL20120002312).
OBJECTIVE: To have the Board of County Commissioners approve for recording the final plat of
Reflection Lakes at Naples, 217 - 219, a subdivision of lands located in Section 12, Township 51 South,
Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida, following the alternative procedure for approval of subdivision
plats pursuant to Resolution 99 -199.
CONSIDERATIONS: The Engineering Services Department has completed the review of the final plat
of Reflection Lakes at Naples, 217 - 219. These documents are in -compliance with the County Land
Development Code and Chapter 177, Florida Statutes. This project is within the Walnut Lakes PUD, Ord.
03 -06, and has been found to be consistent with the PUD. The plat dedicates a drainage easement to
Collier County with no responsibility for maintenance. All fees have been paid. There are no required
subdivision improvements associated with this final plat.
The Engineering Services Department recommends that the final plat of Reflection Lakes at Naples, 217 -
219 be approved for recording.
FISCAL IMPACT: The County will realize revenues as follows:
Fund: Growth Management Fund 131
Agency: County Manager
Cost Center: 138327 -- Land Development Services
Revenue generated by this project: Total: $1,020.00
GROWTH MANAGEMENT E%IPACT: The developer must receive a Certificate of Adequate
Public Facilities prior to the issuance of the final approval letter and plat recordation.
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS: The County Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved this item,
has determined that approval is legally sufficient, and requires a majority vote for approval. ERP
RECOMMENDATION: Recommendation to approve the final plat of Reflection Lakes at Naples,
217 - 219, (PL20120002312) for recording.
