EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Recommendation to approve for recording the final plat of Veronawalk Phase 4C, Karina Court 2 "d
Replat, Application Number PL20120001618.
OBJECTIVE: To have the Board of County Commissioners approve for recording the final plat of
Veronawalk Phase 4C, Karina Court 2 "d Replat, a subdivision of lands located in Section 35, Township 50
South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida, following the alternative procedure for approval of
subdivision plats pursuant to Resolution 99 -199.
CONSIDERATIONS: Engineering Services Department has completed the review of the final plat of
Veronawalk Phase 4C, Karina Court 2 °d Replat. These documents are in compliance with the County
Land Development Code and Florida State Statute No. 177. This project is within the Winding Cypress
PUD, Ord. 02 -35 and has been found to be consistent with the PUD. Certain drainage easements are
dedicated to Collier County with no responsibility for maintenance. All fees have been paid. There are no
required subdivision improvements associated with this final plat.
Engineering Services Department recommends that the final plat of Veronawalk Phase 4C, Karina Court
2nd Replat be approved for recording.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The County will realize revenues as follows:
Fund: Growth _Management Fund 131
Agency: County Manager
Cost Center: 138327 -- Land Development Services
Revenue generated by this project: Total: $1.100.00
GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: The developer must receive a Certificate of Adequate
Public Facilities prior to the issuance of the final approval letter and plat recordation.
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS: The County Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the plat
and associated legal documents for legal sufficiency. This item requires a majority vote and is ready
for Board consideration and approval. EPP
