WHEREAS. Section 15 of Ordinance 82:2 authorizes the Board of
County Commissioners to change the fees listed in the Zoning Ordinance; • r�

WHEREAS, the Zoning Ordinance requires that no costs be incurred by rj
the County in the processing of any petitions required by the Zoning y;4
Ordinance; ii•: ,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners

That effective December 1, 1984, the following fees and charges in
the County Zoning Ordinance be as follows: 4, ro`
Rezone Fetition (Includes regular rezone or PUD) $750.00
• plus $10.00 per acre over 10 acres
r• DRI Review $10.00 per acre over 10 acres plus . . . $750.001
Provisional Use Petition 750.00 or
$50.00 plus rezone fee if considered
for same project review and public
hearing as rezone. .
