EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Presentation by the Clerk of Courts on the Fiscal Impact Analysis Model submitted for Ave Maria
Development, LLLP as requested by the Board of County Commissioners (BCC). The action of the
Board is at the discretion of the Board.
OBJECTIVE: Report to the Board our observations about the 5 -Year Fiscal Monitoring Report and
supporting Fiscal Impact Analysis Model (FIAM) provided by Ave Maria which was submitted for
acceptance by the BCC on December 14, 2010. We were asked to "take a look at the model and see if
they [Clerk's office] concur with the outputs." (Motion by Commissioner Henning with unanimous
approval of the Board)
