Recommendadon to approve tide execution of a Corrective Easement to FP&L at a cost not to exceed $19. 0113AG IdE: To correct a scrivener's error in the legal description of an easement to Florida Power & Light Company (FP&L.) recorded in the Public Records. CONSIDERATIONS: During the course of recent title review and surly work, it was determined that 'a previously approved Easement to FP&L, recorded in OfflcW Records Book 3616, at Page .1850, Public Records of Collier County, had a scrivener's error in the legal description attached as Exhibit A. Accordingly, a Corrective Easement is required to enter the correct legal description and sketch in the Public Records of Collier County. A location map identifying the correct location of the FP &L line is attached for reference. FISQ& IMPACT: Funds not exceeding $19 to record the Corrective Easement are available in Solid Waste Fund 474, under Project 59005, which is consistent with FY12 Capital Budget approved September 29, 2011. LEGAL CQNSIQERATJM The attached Corrective Easement has been approved for form and legal sufficiency. This item requires a majority vote for approval. -JBW GROWTH MANAGEMENT t ACT There is no impact to the Growth Management Plan. RECOM MND,,_A`: That the Board: 1.
