EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Appointment of member to the Isles of Capri Fire Control District Advisory Committee.
OBJECTIVE: To reappoint one member to the Isles of Capri Fire Control District Advisory
Committee to serve a term expiring on December 31, 2015.
CONSIDERATIONS: The Isles of Capri Fire Control District Advisory Committee has two
terms expiring on December 31, 2013. This five-member committee advises the Board on the
budget and operation of the Isles of Capri Fire Control District. Members should reside within
the taxing district. Full terms are two years. A list of the current membership is included in the
backup.
The positions were advertised and the following application was received by an interested

RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of County Commissioners approves the committee's
recommendation for reappointment, reappoints one member, and directs the County Attorney to
prepare a resolution confirming the appointments.
