OBJECTIVE: To reappoint a member to the Golden Gate Estates Land Trust Committee to a term expiring on October 13, 2017. CONSIDERATIONS: The Golden Gate Estates Land Trust Committee has a term that expired on October 13, 2013. This five member committee serves in an advisory capacity to the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of carrying out the requirements, conditions and various provisions of an Agreement relating to the use of land, or funds derived from the sale of land, conveyed to the County by Avatar Properties Inc. (f/k/a GAC Properties Inc.). Applicants must reside within the subdivision known as "Golden Gate Estates." Member selection may depend upon location of residence within specific areas (phases) of the Estates. Full terms are four years. A list of the current membership is included in the backup.
