EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Recommendation to recognize revenues posted to Project 52525, General
Building- improvements, and to authorize the Budget Amendments necessary to
appropriate the funds.
OBJECTIVE: To recognize and appropriate insurance reimbursement revenue to the General
Building Improvement Project 52525.
CONSIDERATION: Revenue was received from insurance company refunds for unplanned
work completed using funds out of the General Building Improvements project 52525. Facilities
Management intends to encumber the funds to complete project activities planned in this fiscal
year's budget cycle.
FICAL `IMPACT: Budget. amendments are necessary to recognize revenue in the amount of
$13,652.00 and place the revenue in the proper expense appropriation within the County. Wide
Capital Projects Fund 301, in the General Building. Improvements Project 52525.
GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: There is no growth management impact associated with
this Executive Summary.
n LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS: This item has been reviewed by the County Attorney, raises no
legal issues, and requires majority vote for approval. -JAK

appropriate the funds in the amount of $13,652.00.
