provided by Commission members. Should a hearing be held on this item, all participants are
required to be sworn in. Recommendation to approve Petition VAC-P120120002564,to
disclaim, renounce and vacate the County and the Public interest in a portion of the Upland
Recreational Open Space Easement (U.R.O.S), being a part of Tract "S" of Embassy Woods
Golf and Country Club at Bretonne Park, Phase One, Plat Book 17, pages 47 through 49 of the
Public Records of Collier County, Florida, being a part of Section 5,Township 50 South, Range
26 East, Collier County, Florida, more specifically shown in Exhibit A and to approve the Grant
of Easement to replace the vacated U.R.O.S. easement.
